This product is amazing. It takes very little space and is great exercise especially when you’re too lazy to leave the house or you don’t have time to exercise, it has the option to exercise your arms with the strings attached. When I’m watching TV and time flies while getting my steps in. It may seem easy it makes me sweat a lot and gets challenging after a while, but I feel great afterward.
This is especially good for people like me who work from home and don’t have time to get our steps in since I’m sitting all day in front of a laptop.
It, the price is great for the quality you get.
